The Role We are looking for a 12 months temporary Cross-Segment Recruiter fluent in Dutch that can be based either in the Benelux region or anywhere in Europe, who will be responsible for managing and supporting WTW’s recruitment efforts accross all our lines of business in the Benelux and other European countries as necessary. This will include specific assignment management for junior level positions all the way up to senior roles. What the role looks like: Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned job openings, from internal approval processes, to candidate management, to interview process and feedback Partner with hiring managers to establish hiring requirements and overall recruiting strategy for a search and work seamlessly with Recruiting, Business and HR teams to execute Source candidates based upon a broad based strategy with a focus on direct sourcing Screen candidates against specific selection criteria, complete written evaluations and share with hiring team Confidently articulate our competitive offer, manage offer extension and effectively close candidates Support the onboarding of new hires Champion inclusion and diversity to ensure that the very best talent, irrespective of age/sex/ethnicity etc, are recruited The Requirements About you! Experience of successful corporate full life cycle recruiting experience for a professional services firm; experience working for an HR consulting firm is a major plus Expertise in candidate attraction, management and assessment Experience with applicant tracking systems and assessment tools Strong client relationship and team skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively Proven success working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and self sufficient Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables Fluent oral and written communication skills in Duth and English (French is a plus) Demonstrable success leveraging direct sourcing strategies an...
