ABOUT THE POSITION
In order to support the company through its significant growth, we are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Product Manager to lead a Payment Squad and drive the delivery of new products and features to maximize the customer experience and keep the business relevant and competitive.
In this role, you will be responsible for
- Define and lead the roadmap for your team to achieve your mission and the company strategy
- Determining customers' needs through interviews and sales and support teams feedback
- Benchmark market competitors
- Prioritize developments by assessing their impacts and efforts required
- Work closely with your engineering team to validate specs and deliver the roadmap in time
- Define and implement your data dashboard to follow product usage and success
- Share strategy, roadmap, and product evolution to the company
- Work with Marketing and Support teams to make sure that clients understand our product and new features
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops with our customers and establishing personal networks
- Team delivery: Review/Contribute business requirements into specifications translation and user stories into deliverables, build a delivery plan with achievable and timeboxed objectives
Skills

- You like owning a project and taking responsibility for its delivery
- You are able to manage your time effectively and prioritize workload in a fast and competitive environment
- You have strong problem solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- You don’t need to be a senior software engineer, but a technical background would be a plus
- You have worked with agile software development methodologies among a multi-disciplinary team (tech, design, data, ops)
- You enjoy evolving in a multicultural environment
Background
- At least 3 to 5 years as a Product Manager in a fintech or regtech company
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- A proven track record of working with engineers and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end
- Experience with APIs
