Context

This position is located within our Global Sales and Marketing group and part of the EMEA Sales Operations team. Like the general industry, Sales Operations is evolving, playing a more strategic part in the company success. In the Semiconductors market, this organization has a central role, managing a complex Supply chain, a very diverse customers profile and a broad range of products.

Purpose of the Job

  • As a Senior Sales Operations, you will drive activities essential to enable Sales Force in Emea.

It includes Reporting, Analytics, Sales enablement and systems key for the EMEA Sales operations team, we are looking for a self-motivated, driven, energetic individual to help drive all aspects of the sales process. This includes: maximizing revenue effectiveness, driving a predictable revenue by leveraging Advanced BI tools including machine learning and predictive analysis, delivering high Business Analytics, having right visibility in long term opportunities, managing successfully support to Sales team, contribute to long term strategy.

Revenue Management / Frontline effectiveness

  • Drive Rolling Revenue Forecast (RFF) and Disti in and Disti out revenue processes
  • Lead annual plan development and calendar of activities for channel
  • Preparation of financial analysis to ensure plans meet financial requirements
  • Collects and summarizes business risks and opportunities
  • Drive corrective actions to ensure the Region meets its short term financial commitments

Forecasting

  • Lead predictive model & statistical analysis
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning
  • Understand in detail the Emea business and perform value added analytics
  • leverage Market Intelligence in the forecasting model
  • Improved ability to foresee future challenges
  • Improve forecast accuracy leveraging machine learning AI tools

Sales Enablement

  • Capability to keep the customer as the control point by coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Operation
  • Understand business, customer priorities and use the planning process to find common ground
  • Support Sales management team with analyses for strategic reviews

Data Management

  • Ability to generate analytics-backed insights
  • Measure Customer Master Data integrity and drive compliance measurements
  • Deliver on the corporate strategy goals through coordinated efforts and clear metrics
  • Suggest architectural process improvements

Processes

  • Work closely with Central Sales Operations on the best practices to continuously drive process improvements
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization with a focus of scalability and driving significant growth
  • Leverage the Digitalization program and support innovation
