MANGOPAY is looking for its next talent (full-time job position to start immediately).
Based in MANGOPAY’s HQ office in Luxembourg, the Payment Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day contact with industry leading solution providers who partner with Mangopay to deliver payment service to our clients. The person will be reporting to the Head of Payment Operations.Responsibilities:
• Support Payment Operations team as an operational contact with payment service providers and acquiring banks for new client onboarding, account opening or configuration, payment scheme compliance, business performance, pricing changes
• Monitor payment KPIs, in particular conversion rates to detect issues in payment processing
• Summarize and report the issues in payment processing to the relevant stakeholders internally and externally
• Develop industry knowledge to suggest optimizations of the payment flow
• Identify opportunities to optimize Mangopay costs related to payment processing
• Establish strong relation and cooperate on a daily basis across different teams including Customer success, Product, Finance, Fraud and Compliance
• Participate in delivering Mangopay roadmap by engaging with new local payment method providers


  • First experience in Payments, eCommerce or broader financial services – working previously directly with payment schemes or acquiring banks is a big plus
  • Good analytical skills and comfort working with numbers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Energetic self-starter
  • Organized and with the ability to work both autonomously and in coordination with other teams
  • Interest in technology/fintech, curiosity and desire to learn
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Criminal record required
