Develop your skills on preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, including mechanical, electrical maintenance and maintenance of industrial automation systems (PLCs) ? Seek and implement new ideas to drive safety, quality, and reliability and productivity ? Grow in your career as a permanent shift leader by leading a team of skilled technicians Your responsibilities: ? Drive to zero equipment breakdown by implementing best practices and preventative maintenance ? Operate workstations as needed to support daily production. ? Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair breakdowns, equipment malfunctions and deteriorations. ? Support development of training materials related to machine reliability and operations. Train others on machine/equipment setup and operations. ? Manage Identification and implementation of improvements for increased productivity ? Be responsible to manage spart parts and preventive maintenance plan ? Management and implementation of corrective maintenance (red tags) ? Monitoring of production performances of own area ? Replace the shift leader in case of absence, lead the team and assure performance in terms of safety, quality, delivery and cost To join our team you will need: Education ? Bachelor in mechatronics / automation / electrical engineering or a technical degree with equivalent experience Languages ? Good knowledge of English. French and or German are considered an asset Experience ? Shift leading experience is considered an asset ? 5+ years of working experience in manufacturing environment is a considerable asset ? EtherNet/IP Network experience desired Other skills ? Good problem-solving skills and self-initiative ? Knowledge of PLCs ? Ability to troubleshoot / improve mechanical and electrical systems. ? Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - combined with the capability to lead and coach co-workers ? Sense of urgency and commitment to resolve issues. ? Position requires shift, evening, night and weekend work assignments ? Desire to coach junior team associates, develop situational leadership skills, take responsibility of shift results
