Location: Massy / France Virtual The Strategic Consultant is an expert in customer experience design, design thinking, and digital transformation who will initiate and lead business engagements. Role & Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to NCR clients with a focus on experience-led digital transformation. Plan, organize and execute Strategic transformation engagements ensuring that a quality, integrated solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client?s satisfaction Work with Professional Services teams to support the delivery of other technology consulting projects as needed Partner with sales and product experts to guide and develop business Develop thought leadership in the Strategic customer experience domain and create tailored market relevant Strategic offerings and propositions for clients Use insights to lead client discussions and help shape their Strategic agenda Establish cross-functional relationships both within NCR and with clients to be viewed as a ?go to? on the topic of retail trends, transformation, customer experience, and business operations efficiency. The person A natural team player Creative problem-solving ability whilst working in ambiguous situations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Persuasive power to communicate with a variety of stakeholders Excellent written and oral presentation skills with an inspirational and collaborative style Ability to facilitate group workshops and processes High degree of personal motivation, ability to self-manage whilst being professional and personable Comfortable with and confident to present high level Strategic transformation services and consulting solutions Demonstrable wide range of management skills and styles Always curious about the future of technology and its impact on various user-experiences Experience Deep retail industry knowledge / experience Demonstrable experience in Strategic consulting activities for complex organizations and delivering large scale projects and programs Experienced in design thinking, service design and human centric design A degree in business, marketing, communications, computer science, engineering, or a field related to modern business skill sets; MBA or other graduate work ideal. Working with cross-functional and cross geography teams Working with senior level client stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and resolving issues Co-ordinating multi-faceted activities and deadlines, anticipating challenges, difficulties and pressure points Evidence of thought leadership and innovative thinking Possess strong knowledge & experience in at least 2 of the following areas / capabilities: IOT Cloud Computing E-commerce Strategic Strategy and transformation Analytics and AI Security Experience Design We are NCR (https://www.ncr.com) .
