Plan, organize and execute Strategic transformation engagements ensuring that a quality, integrated solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client?s satisfaction Work with Professional Services teams to support the delivery of other technology consulting projects as needed Partner with sales and product experts to guide and develop business Develop thought leadership in the Strategic customer experience domain and create tailored market relevant Strategic offerings and propositions for clients Use insights to lead client discussions and help shape their Strategic agenda Establish cross-functional relationships both within NCR and with clients to be viewed as a ?go to? on the topic of retail trends, transformation, customer experience, and business operations efficiency.
