Scrum MasterThe opportunityWe are looking for a talented Scrum Master to join our dynamic and rapidly growing digital team. Our digital team is driving a large portfolio of projects helping our Service Lines to apply digital transformation through technologies like software robotics, analytics, artificial intelligence and conversational interfaces.You are familiar with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, product backlog and user stories. As a Scrum Master at EY, you will act as a leader to encourage, and positively influence our team to realize their full potential while enabling the Agile mindset.Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - InternalYour key responsibilities ? Guide and coach the Scrum Team(s) on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers. ? Execute projects to agreed schedule, budget and scope using Agile methodologies (Lean, DevOps, Scrum). ? Exhibit the behavior of an Agile Leader with an Agile Mindset. ? Improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow and velocity. ? Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as the Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, System Demos and Sprint reviews. ? Support the Product Owner and/or Project/Program Manager to manage the backlog ? Guide the team while facilitating a healthy intra-team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope. ? Focus on improving team dynamics and performance. ? Works with Agile coaches and other Scrum Masters to grow within the role and demonstrate Servant leadership skills. ? Forecast deliverables, identify impediment and remove them. ? Resolve conflicts, promote openness, respect and honesty among Scrum Team members. ? Communicate with management and outside stakeholders. To qualify for the role, you must have ? Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification ? 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Lead or similar role ? Certification in agile framework or method ( Scrum Master, SAFe) ? Knowledge of industry standard Agile PM tools ( Azure Devops) ? Experience in creating, executing and amending project plans ? Experience in planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams ? Experience working with investment banking, funds, wealth and asset management projects is a plus ?
