Job Description As Head of Brand & Communication within the Marketing department, you are responsible for the JobTeaser?s brand positioning and visibility amongst its main targets (students, corporates, schools), monitoring and optimizing metrics such as audience, engagement and brand notoriety. You exemplify the brand within JobTeaser to ensure that all messages, creatives are aligned and consistent with the core brand guidelines. You also prepare the ground for JobTeaser?s brand to become the future European unicorn around guidance, talking not only to students but also to graduates looking for a job. As a consequence, you will work closely with other marketing teams on the one hand, but also all teams within JobTeaser, such as Sales, University, Innovation, Product teams, and be the single point of contact for brand and communication topics within the company to ensure that all stakeholders are well aware and aligned with the brand & communication strategy. The position is mainly a global/headquarter position, with a strong focus on Germany at first as it?s the first country we need to crack on student engagement with a proper and efficient B2C brand & content strategy. What does this mean on a daily basis? You define our Branding strategy. You make sure that it?s consistent, differentiating and that it will support our business ambition to become the leader of European Guidance You make sure that it?s properly executed on all our branding streams to create strong impact on all our targets (Students, Corporate and Universities) Creative Direction > Ensure brand consistency between targets (B2C, B2B) and geographies through a comprehensive, sharp and up-to-date Brand Book and Editorial Chart Content production, with a focus on Video. Today we have an internal Video production team, focusing on Owned content (develop JobTeaser?s brand awareness), Co-branded content (produce the videos we sell to our clients) and Internal communications. PR & partnerships You animate the 360° communication plan that aligns messages towards all targets (students/alumni, corporates, schools). To implement the 360 communication plan, you lead the team of ?content owners? that will work closely with the ?media owners? in the Performance Marketing team (finding the right message for the right target on the right media) You guarantee the excellent management of all budget and production aspects, to make sure that we are able to deliver the most value in the most efficient and cost effective way. Content and video production budget (volume, quality, planning) Scalability and mutualisation of approaches (providers, formats, reporting, sharing best practices) between geographies, with a strong focus on Germany at first Development of the team in terms of resources (hiring) and capabilities. Management of all providers and agencies (marketing agencies, video producers, freelancers?) Qualifications YOU HAVE Min 9-10 years of professional experience in digital marketing and communication as Global Brand Manager, Communication Manager, preferably having worked on the Gen Z. An experience in video production is definitely a plus Strong experience in managing creative profiles. Very strong capability in identifying and designing the right message for different types of targets (B2C and B2B), and turning communication angles into specific hooks for different media (emails, banners, videos, press release?). Strong appetite for content creation (texts, images, videos), as a creative and resourceful person Action / Goal oriented Good communication skills and project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in transverse manners (team player), get the stakeholders to buy in your projects, collect inputs, coordinate and communicate on the progress of your projects. Languages: English mandatory, second language is a big plus (especially German)
